Mohamed ET-TOLBA

Mohamed Et-tolba is a Professor of Higher Education at the Communication Systems Department of the National Institute of Posts and Telecommunications in Rabat, Morocco, where he has been since December 2010. He received his Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from IMT Atlantique Brest, France, in December 2006. Between 2007 and 2010, he worked there as a research engineer. During this period, he collaborated with Orange Labs on several industrial research projects addressing challenges in the physical layer of emerging mobile communication systems.

Prof. Et-tolba is lecturer and researcher with more than 10 years of experience. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses mainly in signal processing, digital communications, and wireless mobile networks. His main research areas are advanced signal processing and its applications, and wireless communication systems. He has supervised and co-supervised numerous Ph.D. and Master’s students. In addition, Prof. Et-tolba has authored and co-authored many papers in reputable international journals and conferences.

He has served as Technical Program Committee Member for several international conferences, including IEEE WCNC, IEEE VTC, IEEE PIMRC, and IWCMC. Moreover, Prof. Et-tolba is a peer reviewer for various reputable international journals such as IEEE Communication Letters, Elsevier Journal of Digital Signal Processing, Elsevier Physical Communication, IET Signal Processing, and Annals of Telecommunications, Biomedical Signal Processing and Control.
